Alan Wu

With an educational background in psychology, Toronto Personal Trainer Alan Wu understands human behaviour and motivation - attributes that are beneficial in personal training. He has firsthand experience with various training methods including free weights, body weight training, still rings, Olympic lifting and plyometrics.

Alan Wu firmly believes in the value of a healthy lifestyle. He has 6 years of experience in freestyle wrestling and was the 2001 York Region Champion in the 51kg weight class. An active member of the University of Toronto Varsity Wrestling Team since 2005, Alan was also a member of the Victoria College Dragonboat Club from 2006-2008. He is an avid weightlifter, cyclist, skater, and rock climber.
