Francis Yu believes in the value of a healthy lifestyle must include exercise. Francis is a soldier in the Canadian Forces; physical exercises are the top priority for him in everyday routine. As a Personal Trainer, Francis uses his knowledge to educate his clients the importance of exercise and how to maintain it. Through his knowledge and experience, Francis will help each individual setting up short term and long term goals to achieve and motivate them to be success. He specializes in weight loss, boot camp, kettlebell lifting and overall body conditioning.
