Sean Fahey
Personal Trainer Sean Fahey has been a devout athlete for his entire life, participating in a number of competitive sports as well as the martial arts. With practical knowledge of such sports as baseball, hockey, and weightlifting, he understands from his own experience the value of attaining and maintaining a high level of fitness as achieved through effective and safe exercise. One of Sean's primary specialities is weight training. He has an extensive experience with a wide variety of weight training techniques, including Olympic weightlifting and kettlebell lifting. Coupled with an educational background in medical physics, this has given him the ability to study training scientifically, and to analyze and adjust exercise programs appropriately.
Sean recently competed in the 2011 Battle of Montreal Powerlifting Competition, and his results were
Squat: 142.5 kg (314.2 lbs)
Bench Press: 97.5 kg (215 lbs)
Deadlift: 175 kg (385.8 lbs)
Total: 415 kg (915 lbs) @ 75 kg (165 lbs) raw.
