The next Bootcamp session starts on January 11, 2010. Because the class is limited in size, please register in advance to secure your spot.
4 weeks of hardcore training, burning maximum calories within just 1 hour three times a week.
This isn't for the faint-of-heart. Our Toronto Personal Training Bootcamp is for those totally motivated to lose weight, get ripped and increase flexiblity. It may be just an hour, but you'll improve your fitness guaranteed!
Each session includes the following:
muscle building and
cardiovascular fitness in intense
circuit training
body weight exercises
boxing drills
kickboxing drills
basic yoga to improve flexiblity and reduce stress (so you can start the day off right!)
Men and women are welcome. Each participant will receive an overall fitness assessment including body fat and weight evaluation.
