Punch away the flab! No boring weight lifting or treadmill running. Join a bootcamp kickboxing class and have your training mates challenge you. Improve your striking power and learn efficient takedowns in a bootcamp jam packed with drills, drills and more drills, plus exercise after exercise designed to boost your physical prowess. Not for the lazy!

Bootcamp kickboxing program:

Intense physical training. You'll work on strength, endurance, and explosive power.
As well as kickboxing technical training, you'll focus on self defence/sparring skills.
Punching and kicking on pads and bags.
Falling techniques to prevent injury.

Here's what you'll achieve:

Development of power and speed
Improvement of body tone
Increased muscle definition
Improvement of sparring and self defence skills
Improvement of endurance and flexibility

bootcamp training lunges

Fee: $225.00 for 24 classes. Missed classes can be made up within 6 months from date of sign-up.

Men and women are welcome. Each participant will receive an overall fitness assessment including body fat and weight evaluation.
