North York personal trainer, Moshe Schwartz, is a father of 2 young girls. He is a Can-Fit certified personal trainer. In addition, he is certified in the level 1 Darby Training Systems, the Stretch-to-Win’s Fascial Stretching Therapy, Advanced Kettlebell training workshops. Through his fitness training and coaching education, he believes in helping everyone to eliminate joint pain and lose weight. His training program design approach is to develop strength without losing flexibility and mobility
Moshe left his career in marketing to work full-time as a personal trainer 4 years ago. He wants to dedicate his career to something he’s passionate about ~ helping people get themselves healthy and fit.
Having been in the corporate world, he appreciates the toll of high-powered career on your personal work-life balance and health. Cortisol, the stress hormone, when elevated over long period is unhealthy. It triggers your body to store fat – which leads to unhealthy weight gain..

Moshe’s training as a Fascial Stretching therapist also gives him the skill set to design program with the right mix of exercise selections ~ a well-balanced mix of heavy weight lifting exercises and exercises that involve mobility. So, you will be light and agile on your feet. You’re less likely to be injured in case of an accident fall.
