Brett Short – Former Pro Hockey Player
Brett Short’s entire life has been devoted to sports and fitness. He was awarded various awards and bursary for his excellence in academics and being a member of York University Hockey Team. He plays hockey professionally. His latest professional stint was with Francais Volants of Paris in the French Division 2 Hockey League.Brett also coaches hockey on a volunteer basis as an assistant coach with Merritt Minor Hockey and conducted fitness test and instructed young athletes in OHL Prospects Hockey combine. While at York University, he has run workouts and performed fitness testing for professional athletes, firefighters and clients of various fitness levels.
Brett is passionate to share his experienceand knowledge with everyone. He specializes in weight loss, strength conditioning, athletic/sport development.
