Bruce Lee was the first martial artist to popularise the combination of modern strength training and martial arts. Since then, every serious martial artist understands the benefits of increased strength and explosive power. Fighting Fit isn't designed to make you look pretty. It's to put your opponents where they belong - on their knees crying for their mama.

Please note that this program is not available incondo. Because special equipment is required, you'll have to come to our training centre to train.

Fighting Fit is for 18 weeks, 3 times a week. The program consists of 5 phases:

General preparation (4 weeks)
Strength development (4-5 weeks)
Hypertrophy (3-4weeks)
Power conversion (4-5 weeks)
Power / Muscle endurance (2-3 weeks)

Excelling in any martial art is about total body strength and how to use it effectively. That's why every part of the body is targeted. You'll boost your practical strength with a variety of multi-jointed, plyometric, isometric, and flexibility exercises that are specific to martial arts and wrestling. Circuit and/or interval training is included so that you'll be able to last on the mats. Combined with an introduction to body mechanics education for your technical improvement, you'll be kicking ass and taking names in no time.

Body structural balance testing is included as a bonus.
