Personal Trainer Toronto is pleased to offer customized meal plans prepared by a Registered Dietitian. A more comprehensive approach that includes modifying your diet as well as exercise regimen is the ideal way to more efficiently and effectively help you achieve your fitness goals.

We have to deal and manage stress in our lives everyday. More than reasonable stress levels can cause emotional eating which nullifies the effect of any diet program. Seek professional help in managing extreme levels of emotional and/or mental stress before embarking on a diet program. Exercise and stretching can also help reduce stress. Remember to drink the recommended amount of water, 8 glasses or 2 litres a day.

Personal Training and Meal Plan Package
16 Week Program

  • Customized meal plan designed by a Registered Dietitian.
  • Combine with your choice of personal training program: Obliterator, Powerhouse or Custom Fit at a discounted rate.
  • Ideal for clients who are seriously committed to achieving their health goals. Clients will train with a certified personal fitness professional and their diet will be monitored by a Registered Dietitian.
  • Ethnic meal plans available, with extensive options in food and drink.
  • Meal plan can be designed to safely accommodate the client's medical condition, i.e. diabetes, allergies, etc.

Personal training sessions are 3 times per week over 16 weeks. Consultation with a Registered Dietitian is scheduled over 16 weeks.

This package is covered under most workplace extended health insurance benefits with a doctor's referral (client must confirm coverage with their insurance company).

Consultation-Based Nutrition Package 1
7 appointments with a Registered Dietitian scheduled over 16 weeks.

  • A customized meal plan will be prepared. The meal plan is customized based on fully completed 3-day food record and goals established during initial 60-minute appointment
  • Appointments include an initial 60-minute appointment, and one 30-minute and five 15-minute follow-ups.
  • Ideal for individuals who require a strong accountability component on top of their initial appointment with the registered dietitian.
  • The five 15-minute follow-ups provide continued assessment and feedback on the client's progress and education on nutrition topics they may be interested in (e.g. food label reading, navigating restaurant menus, meal strategies for the working traveler, glycemic index, specific macro/ micronutrients, etc.). Topics discussed on follow-up appointments are based on fitness client's own personal nutrition goals.
  • Ideal for individuals who want additional nutrition advice and strategies from a Registered Dietitian on top of their initial 60-minute appointment.
  • Consultation based meal plan and recommendations are reviewed with the Registered Dietitian in a 30-minute follow-up
  • Follow-up appointments are flexible and can be spread over 16 weeks depending on the client's nutrition goals.
  • Ethnic meal plans available, with extensive options in food and drink.

Consultation-Based Meal Plan Program
A meal plan is developed based on a one-to-one 60-minute consultation and the full completion of a 3-day food record. The consultation is conveniently scheduled for over the phone or web (e.g. Skype), making it incredibly convenient for clients who can't leave the office or are too busy to commute.

  • Client has access to Registered Dietitian
  • Best value for a nutrition program that is customized to facilitate the achievement of personal goals and that accommodates medical conditions
  • Evaluation of nutritional adequacy and complete dietary analysis of the client's current diet
  • Considers the client's activity level, height, weight, age, gender, food preferences, etc. in the development of the meal plan.
  • Provides individualized estimated daily caloric requirement to meet weight loss goals
  • Meal plans also include one to three alternate choices per food group.
  • Ethnic meal plans available, with extensive options in food and drink.

  • Provides individualized estimated daily caloric requirement to meet weight loss goals.
