The Powerhouse does just what its name suggests: turns you into a strength machine. This isn't the kind of bloated muscle strutting around at the beach. It's all about serious performance enhancement for dedicated sports. You'll have true strength, 100% guaranteed.
The Powerhouse is for 16 weeks, 3 times a week. There are 4 phases:
General preparation (4 weeks)
Strength development (4-5 weeks)
Hypertrophy (4-5weeks)
Power conversion (3-4 weeks)
You'll target the major areas of the body vital for true strength. Expect to amass pure muscle in the upper body, lower body and trunk/core.
The Powerhouse is designed to focus on the development of explosive power and speed. It'll build muscle that's good for more than just lifting barbells and looking pretty. You'll also improve your endurance, agility, flexibility and coordination - many key traits that a number of traditional body builders don't have.
The Powerhouse comes with complimentary body structural balance testing and an introduction on body mechanics to improve your ability in a variety of sports.
