You know what you're doing, but sometimes you just need a little guidance and help. Self Control gives you the professional expertise of our certified personal trainers so that you can follow a program that is optimally suited for your body. Once a week, you'll get the benefit of a professional session, ensuring that you're doing the right things when you're on your own. Your progress will be measured on a regular basis to make sure you're on the right track to achieving your fitness goals, 100% guaranteed.
Self Control is for a minimum of 10 weeks, 1 time a week, during which 4 phases are completed:
General preparation
Strength development
Hypertrophy
Endurance / circuit training
The duration of each phase is dependent upon your fitness goals and the number of weeks you sign up for. You can choose to target the entire body or specific parts, but you'll kickstart your metabolism as well as improve your endurance and flexibility overall.
Even though you'll only have a session with one of our trainers once a week, you'll get a comprehensive training schedule and a number of different exercises to keep you busy when we're not there. If you've got the motivation but prefer to do things in your own time, then Self Control is perfect for you.
