Stretching session helped in Kendo practise

“I’ve been practicing kendo for two years but always have problems with my joints. In the stretching session with Kin he worked on hips to toes. Afterwards, my joints felt more loose and I noticed a difference when I had to stand and walk around. In kendo it helped a bit with my lunges as the back of my knees did not feel as short and tense as usual.”
