"I worked out with Kin from Personal Trainer Toronto for 11 sessions before my wedding – My goal was to feel great and look toned for the big day. It was fantastic– I have a very busy work schedule that involves a lot of working late and working weekends. Kin completely worked around my schedule and met me at my condo gym in the mornings . We worked out for an hour, twice a week. Every workout was interesting, new and challenging. “I've been practicing kendo for two years but always have problems with my joints. In the stretching session with Kin he worked on hips to toes. Afterwards, my joints felt more loose and I noticed a difference when I had to stand and walk around. In kendo it helped a bit with my lunges as the back of my knees did not feel as short and tense as usual."

"Kin Sze has been my personal trainer for three months from March 2nd to the present day. I have always been athletic and have participated in sports and dance competitions for the past sixteen years. With this history in mind, I can say that Kin is an effective trainer who shows excellent knowledge and exhibits strong skills in personal training. He always shows up on time with a great energy, rigorous records of my training progress and an extremely keen sense of my particular training goals. Kin also provides a wide range of fun and creative activities to keep my interest and introduce me to various forms of strength and cardio training. On May 18th, Kin Sze offered my husband and I a complimentary stretching session devoting half an hour to each of us in our home. Kin proceeded through a stretching routine with us, offering his own body weight as resistance, and helping us to reach our stretching potential. We could see visible results in our flexibility after the session was over. This session proved to be extremely relaxing and invigorating as well as educational (as Kin was informative about the muscles we were stretching).
